Preparation. Judgment. Follow-through.

My Air Force career included special operations, emergency medicine, and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

The work demanded sound judgment in time-sensitive environments, deliberate planning, and the ability to adapt as operational requirements evolved. It also meant aligning personnel, equipment, and resources to execute complex missions.

That experience shaped how I work today. I assess the situation, ask the hard questions, and anticipate risk. I communicate clearly and take responsibility for the outcome.

What I bring

An operational mindset and a business perspective.

I bring experience in project and operations management, an MBA, and hands on involvement in residential real estate investing.

My real estate work includes evaluating opportunities, coordinating acquisitions and renovations, and owning and managing rental property. I care about understanding the numbers, setting realistic expectations, and following through on commitments.

I am direct about what I know, where I am still developing, and when a project needs someone else's expertise.

Where I am headed

Ground-up residential construction.

I am developing my construction knowledge through The Gentleman Builder program while building relationships with experienced builders, trades, lenders and potential project partners.

Dallas Fort Worth is my home base and current focus for acquisitions and ground-up construction. I am looking for opportunities where sound planning, disciplined execution and the right team can come together.

I am interested in participating in others' projects while developing projects of my own.
